Sublimation Instructions:

Place a piece of butcher paper in the middle of the pillow case before you begin so you don't get bleed-through to the other side.
Lint roll your pillow case. (Do not skip these steps!)
Pre-press your pillow cover for 5 seconds to get the moisture and wrinkles out. (Do not skip this step either!)

Place your photos or artwork face down onto pillowcase.
Cover your entire pillow with butcher paper.
Press for 385-400 degrees for 40-60 seconds.

Please always check you temp and time settings and use what is best for your heat press.
